Barlow’s Lilly Knight named 2023 Mt. Hood Conference volleyball player of the year

Barlow volleyball was heaped with accolades for its 2023 season, with a senior star and coach both being praised in the Mt. Hood Conference’s latest all league awards.

Here are the 2023 all league teams:

Bruins senior Lilly Knight was named the player of the year, and Coach Jessie Mott was named coach of the year. The pair, along with the rest of the team, led Barlow back into the postseason, sweeping North Salem 3-0 in the first round and losing a hard-fought bout 3-1 to Sherwood.
