Reynolds seniors Amin Omar, Bryan Jimenez named to 2023 Mt. Hood boys soccer first team

Two Reynolds boys soccer seniors were honored by the Mt. Hood Conference with first-team all-league nods, a fitting exclamation point to a Raiders season that had them battle into the postseason.

Forward Amin Omar and midfielder Bryan Jimenez were both named to the first-team, for forward and midfielder respectively. Barlow sophomore forward Matty Callison was the other local representative on the first-team.

Meanwhile Central Catholic and David Douglas dominated the individual awards. For the Scotts senior Yoke Duku was named offensive player of the year and Logan Marquardt coach of the year. For the Rams senior Nate Ernst was defensive player of the year and senior Josh Naumoff goalkeeper of the year.
